Terms Of Service


PAYMENT

  • Artist will Primarily take Cash app as a form of payment.

  • Make sure to notify which source of payment you will be using when contacting me and confirming transactions. (more details on [COMMISION HANDLING])

  • Prices are NON-Negotiable. unless it states that prices can vary, the prices are fixed.

  • It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to Artist.

  • Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in [USD]

  • Customer agrees to give FULL payment to complete the commission order.

TRANSACTION

  • Transactions will be made BEFORE commission is started to affirm commitment.

  • FINISHED Commissions will be sent through email.

  • Commissions will be sent via email. Digitally to Customers.

COMMISION DELIVERY

  • Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.

  • Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed BEFORE the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.

  • Physical delivery is currently not available.

  • It is the sole responsibility of Customer to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. Artist cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Artist.

  • Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Artist and can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.

CANCELLATIONS

  • In case the artist can't finish commission AFTER 6 months the customer is entitled to a REFUND. Excluding any work interruptions or unforeseen circumstances

  • Ex; illness, accidents or personal reasons.

  • Artist is entitled to cancelling commissions for any other reasons. Refunds can be discussed.

  • Artist does not need to give or explain reasons for cancellation

  • Customers can NOT request cancellation on FINAL STAGE commissions, there is no refund. You must accept it as is. However, you are allowed adjustments. (seen in [COMMISSION HANDLING])

  • Commissions will be CANCELLED or DENIED if the customer takes LONGER THAN 5 DAYS to contact the artist

  • IF customer or artist cancels order they are entitled to a refund varying on commission progress.

REFUND

  • IF the piece is IN PROGRESS and customer decides to CANCEL, the artist will NOT give a FULL refund.

  • 0-5%|Planning, Wait-list commissions:-FULL REFUND.

  • 10-50%|Sketching, cleaning up sketch, flat colors:- 30-50% REFUND

  • 70- 100%|Shading, Rendering, Effects:-15%-NO REFUND

  • Customers will be DENIED a refund if commission is more than 80% COMPLETE.

  • LINE ART ONLY commissions with cancellation request will NOT receive a refund because it counts as a 80+% progress commission.

HANDLING COMMISSIONS

  • DO NOT TRACE OR EDIT.

  • DO NOT REMOVE SIGNATURE.

  • DO NOT POST WITHOUT CREDIT.

  • Art CANNOT BE USED for NFTS or ANY blockchain-related technology.

  • Customer do NOT hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

  • Commissions are NOT to be used for commercial purposes or RESELL.

  • Must have artists APPROVAL before sharing or using pieces. Ex; posting, profiles, sharing or giving to someone else WITH CREDIT.

  • Artists is ALLOWED to share commissions on social platforms.

  • You are allowed to use pieces however you like, even use as a reference as long as you CREDIT.

  • NOTIFY the artist FIRST if you prefer to keep the commission private, OR ELSE pieces will AUTOMATICALLY be subjected to potential posting.

  • Adjustment requests to commission should be MINOR.

  • ~ For example: eye color, mouth, color of SOLID COLOR~ backgrounds. Customer has a limit of 3 minor adjustments, whether in progress or in final stages.

  • Any MAJOR CHANGES should be made BEFORE or DURING sketching phase of commission.

  • Commissions will be sent digitally

  • Complexities will vary the time frame in which the commission is complete.

  • Aka; The more DETAILS= more TIME. SIMPLE= LESS TIME.

  • DO NOT RUSH, commission time frames are made fairly based on commission, if you have a deadline let the artist know to see if urgent commission slots are available.

  • FULL RENDER COMMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR URGENT COMMS. note: As the artist my goal is to give the best quality I can. This will cause messy and low effort commission.

CONTACT

  • Contact must be made in a timely manner in order to have a smooth operation. Penalties: Commissions will be CANCELLED or DENIED if a customer takes LONGER THAN 3 DAYS to contact the artist.

  • You must contact the artist within the commission time frame about any inquiries.

  • You are allowed to contact the artist for any concerns or questions on TOS or commissions but you can NOT ALTER any TERMS or commission RULES.

  • DO NOT BE RUDE OR CRUDE, commissions will be CANCELLED and contact will be DENIED in the future indefinitely.
